  18. 30.04.1996      V3.13   SingleTask option crashed, when tired to running 
  19.                         twice. Fixed.
  20.  
  21.                         Added new own tooltype to run in any language.
  22.                         (LANGUAGE=<language>). The settings of preferences
  23.                         will be ignored. (E.G. If language installed is
  24.                         english You can force german texts by using
  25.                         LANGUAGE=deutsch)
